Sharjah Safari, an 800-hectare wildlife park in Sharjah’s Al Dhaid region opened in 2022, replicates African ecosystems with native plants, walking trails, and visitor facilities across 12 themed zones. OIS preserves some its naturalistic beauty by carefully pruning African- inspired vegetation, managing water-efficient irrigation to sustain vast green areas, and stabilizing soil to prevent erosion, while daily cleaning of trails and rest areas, combined with organic mulches and sustainable pest control, maintains an immersive, conservation-focused environment for tourists and wildlife enthusiasts.
